The Relationship between Quality of Work Life with Staff Performance of Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company

In today's society with according to the importance of human resources in advancing the goals of the organization, improving the quality of work life become as one of the main goals of the organization. People can have high performance that will satisfy their needs partially. Given attention to the quality of work life can increase employee motivation and increase the performance of employees. If staff with their able and capabilities be considered as well, they can have a critical important role to achieve the organizational objectives. So, the use of different techniques and methods to improve the quality of working life can be effective. In this study, the relationship between quality of work life with the staff performance of the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company is considered and components of quality of working life and staff performance have priority.
