台灣國民小學游泳教學成效與阻礙因素探究

A Study on the Effect and Obstacles of Swimming Teaching in Taiwan National Primary School

摘要


多年來,台灣教育部及各縣市教育局處為了提升國民小學學生游泳能力,制定相關政策來推動,經過政策實施後學校體育課即成為游泳政策推動上的重要一環,長期發現學生游泳能力有明顯的成長,但仍有少數學生對於游泳課之參與意願及游泳能力尚嫌不足,游泳教學的實務經驗中,經常發現有不少的學生,會選擇以逃避或退卻的心態參與學校游泳課,此現象值得探究學校游泳教學上是教練的教學方法有問題還是學生自己不願意學習的因素,瞭解阻礙其游泳課參與的成效。因此探究相關文獻來了解目前情況,提出改善狀況,並有效提升學生游泳能力,本文試從相關文獻,探究學生參與游泳課之成效,期望能夠以學生觀點,來提升學生對游泳課參與意願增加,期望能翻轉以往探究學校實施游泳教學現況與阻礙的傳統方式,進而提供教育單位改善方針。

Over the years, the Taiwan Ministry of education and the City Education Bureau in order to enhance the national swimming ability of primary school students, to formulate relevant policies to promote, through the policy after the implementation of school physical education is a swimming policy to promote an important part of the long term, found that students swimming ability has obvious growth, but there are still a few students to participate in swimming classes the willingness of swimming ability is insufficient. However, the practical experience of swimming teaching, often found that many students will choose to escape or retreat mentality to participate in the school swimming class, this phenomenon is worth exploring the school swimming teaching is the teaching method of coach factors or the students themselves do not want to learn, learn swimming lessons in hinder its effectiveness. Therefore to explore the relevant literature to understand the current situation, put forward to improve the situation, and effectively improve students' swimming ability, this paper from the relevant literature, to explore the effectiveness of students to participate in swimming classes, students expect to be able to view, to enhance students' willingness to participate in swimming classes to increase, is expected to flip the traditional way in the past on school and obstacles in swimming teaching then, to provide education units to improve the policy.
