目的:本研究旨在了解臨床護理實習教師工作投入之現況,並探討臨床護理實習教師個人背景因素對工作投入之影響。方法:以受聘於台灣地區19所公私立技專校院護理科系臨床護理實習教師爲研究對象,以自編式結構問卷進行橫斷式的調查,共發出419份問卷,有效樣本266份,回收率爲63%。結果:研究結果顯示臨床護理實習教師工作投入程度呈現中上程度;教師工作樂趣會因爲年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、教師資格、教學年資、目前有無進修、對工作滿意程度不同而達顯著差異;工作認同會因爲年齡、婚姻狀況、教師資格、教學年資、對工作滿意程度不同而達顯著差異;工作評價會因爲婚姻狀況、對工作滿意程度不同而達顯著差異;工作專注會因爲年齡、教學年資、指導學生人數、主要指導科別、對工作的滿意程度不同而達顯著差異。結論:臨床護理實習教師工作投入之研究結果可做爲未來護理教師師資培育及臨床護理教育改革之參考。
Purposes: This study examines the status of job involvement of clinical nursing teachers and to examines how personal background factors affect job involvement. Methods: Subjects were clinical nursing teachers who were employed in nursing departments at 19 public and private institutes of technology and colleges in Taiwan. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a self-developed structural questionnaire. In total, 419 questionnaires were issued and 266 valid questionnaires were collected for a response rate of 63%. Results: Analytical results indicate that job involvement of clinical nursing teachers was between medium to high for clinical nursing teachers varied significantly with age, marital status, education level, teaching qualifications, teaching seniority, training status, and job satisfaction varied significantly with age, marital status, teaching qualifications, teaching seniority, and job satisfaction. Job evaluation varied significantly with marital status and job satisfaction, and the varied significantly with age, teaching seniority, number of students, main subject of instruction, and job satisfaction. Conclusions: Study results can serve as a reference for educational programs for clinical nursing teachers in the future.
