威秀影城的SWOT、五力分析與BCG矩陣分析探討

摘要


本研究應用競爭情報分析中三種重要工具(SWOT、五力分析與BCG矩陣)來進行分析比較威秀影城。威秀影城現今已在全台建立12處影城,未來仍會繼續拓展據點。在現今連鎖影城中,所佔的規模最大,品牌建立也最大。這些都是憑藉著良好的硬體設備與服務堆積而成。然而其他產業競爭者看到威秀的成功,也陸續跟上改變的腳步,規模逐漸擴大。威秀影城想要保有產業龍頭地位,除繼續維持品牌形象之外,未來可能要針對前述分析項目,從中找出可行的方法,逐一改變,增加人潮與顧客忠誠度。相信經歷這些努力,威秀影城的業績會愈來愈亮眼。

This research compare and analyze the Vieshow Cinema by using three important tools (SWOT, Five forces analysis, and BCG Matrix) for competition information analysis. Vieshow Cinema has established 12 cinemas in Taiwan, and will continue to expand sites in the future. Compare to the chain cinemas, Vieshow Cinema is the largest in scale and has created the most brands. All of these are accumulated by the excellent equipment and service. Though the other competitors catch up their steps seeing the success of Vieshow, expand their scales gradually. To keep the head position in the industry, Vieshow may need to analyze the project mentioned before, besides keep the brand image, to find out feasible solutions change them one by one to increase the crows and customers loyalty. It is believed that the performance of Vieshow Cinema will become greater and greater through these efforts.
