不同球拍工作限制下性別差異對羽球正手拍殺球落點準確性的影響

摘要


本研究目的在探討不同球拍之工作限制下對羽球正手殺球落點準確性的影響。本研究經由預備性研究確認實驗工具的信度與效度後,進而探討不同球拍重量與穿線磅數組合對技能操控與技能表現的影響。實驗參與者為高中優秀羽球選手(女生平均身高:161.46±4.30公分、平均體重:55.26±1.30公斤;男生平均身高:176±6.19公分、平均體重:68.66±9.40公斤)男女各十五位,分別操作三種球拍重量(86g、88g、90g)與三種球拍穿線磅數(26b、28b、30b)以形成九種組合,各試做15次的正手殺球動作技能準確性得分表現的前測與後測,並將所得資料以皮爾森積差相關、混合設計三因子變異數分析來加以考驗。經結果分析與討論獲致以下結論:(一)本實驗工具具有良好的再測信度與專家效度。(二)性別、重量、磅數三者對落點準確性影響有顯著交互作用關係存在。就不同性別而言,在不同組合的工作限制下,擊球準確性得分上呈現無顯著性的差異;顯示不論男女的高中優秀羽球選手,其在擊球動作技能上皆具備一定的能力並透過自我修正擊球動作的能力來提高落點的準確性。但在球拍高重量且穿線高磅數時達顯著差異,且男生的得分優於女生的得分。顯示高中優秀羽球手男生較女子在高重量的拍子較適合操作高磅數組合。

This study was mainly to discuss the effects on the accuracy of the placement of badminton for using forehand hitting when considering the sexual difference and different type of rackets under the task constrains. This study was through preliminary research to identify the reliability and validity of the experimental tool; furthermore to discuss the effects on skill manipulation and skill performance between combination of different racket's weight and thread pound. The participants of this experiment were the outstanding junior high school contestants of the badminton (average height for male: 161±4.30 cm, average weight for female: 55.26±1.30 km; average height for male: 176±6.19 cm, average weight for female: 68.66±9.40 km). Each male and female group was 15 members. The experiment tests them for three different racket weights which were 86g、88g、90g and three different thread pounds (26b、28b、30b) to become 9 combinations. Each combination will test 15 times of forehand hitting t o find out the skill accuracy scores forward and backward. These data was collected and verified through the Pearson's correlation coefficient and mixed design three factor analysis of variance. The conclusions through outcome analysis and discussion were the following: This experimental tool provides with a good reliability of retest and expert validity. Sex, weight, and pound are interactive effects on the accuracy of the placement of badminton for using forehand hitting. According to the sexual difference and different combination under task constrain, there are no differences for the scores on the accuracy of the placement of badminton for using forehand hitting. For all of the outstanding junior high school contestants, they are capable of the forehand hitting skills and will increase the accuracy of the placement of badminton for using forehand hitting by self-adjusting capability. However, there are some differences between high racket weight and thread pound. In addition, the scores of male are superior to female. It shows that the outstanding junior high school of male contestants are more suitable for using combination of high racket weight and thread pound than female contestants.
