The aims of this study was to discuss the influence of visual and auditory's attention on the differences of balance abilities in children. There are 67 subject' (average age=85±3 month) of. Taoyuan's elementary school students. The data analysis of the one-leg stance best and bad students in TOVA, total is 24 students. The collected data were analyzed by two-way ANOV A with 5 datas (Response time variability, Response time, D'score, Commission errors, Omission errors) and simple main effect .The results showed: auditory Response time variability (F=10.31) and auditory Response time of gender and balance abilities (F=4.45) improved significantly (p<.05) .The visual D'score (F=12.08) and auditory D' score (F=9.22) improved significantly (p<.05). The visual Omission errors (F=4.88) and auditory Omission errors (F=8.37) improved significantly (p<.05) .The balance abilities in children attention have significantly. Thus, we can train the balance and control abilities for increase the attention in children who are still in school to achieve their leaning effectives.
