南部地區老人機構面對老人親密關係的對策

摘要

至民國一一六年老年人口估計會有四九○萬餘人，佔總人口的二○•六九%，即每五人中就有一位是老年長者，高齡化社會之快速變遷將引發新的需求與問題，成為政府及民間關注的焦點，因而也須有相對的規劃、因應對策與措施乃至法規的修訂，俾使立法、政策、服務合一，有效落實老人福祉。本文嘗試以問卷方式針對南部地區安養機構，訪問老人有關兩性親密關係，鑑於親密關係用數據來表達不夠彈性，故採用開放性問卷方式，以文字敘述更能引人入勝了解其中真實的一面。文中受訪對象大部份表達及溝通能力不佳，故本研究以安養中心的工作人員為主要訪談對象，再針對受訪內容來做分析，藉以了解老人親密關係，讓社會重視老人問題。

There will be 4.9 million of elderly in 2027 by estimation, which accounts for 20.69 percent of total population. In other words, there will be one elderly in every five people. The fast changing of aging society will initiate new demands and problems, and will become the focus of both public and private sectors. Therefore, the relative planning, strategies, counter-measures, and even the amendment of laws and regulations are necessary in order to integrate legislation, policy and service, and hence effectively implement the welfare of the elderly.
This study intends to use the method of questionnaire to survey the elderly about their intimate relations, focusing on the welfare institutes for elderly in southern Taiwan. In view of that presenting intimate relation by number is not flexible, the method of questionnaire is adopted. We believe that using words for description can make people better understand the facts. In this study, the majority of interviewees can not communicate and express themselves well. Therefore, we take the staffs working in home of elderly as the main object of interview. Then, an analysis is made according to the contents of interview. We hope that the society will pay more attention to the issue of elderly through understanding the intimate relations of the elderly.
