國中學生情緒智力、領導才能與創造力研究

A Study of the Relationships among Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Creativity of Junior High School Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討:(一)國中生背景變項與情緒智力、領導才能與創造力的差異,(二)國中生情緒智力、領導才能與創造力之相關。本研究以問卷調查法及文獻探討法進行資料蒐集,共取樣桃園縣4所學校、16班,共534人為研究對象。以「情緒智慧量表」、「領導技能問卷」、「新編創造思考測驗」為研究工具。研究顯示,國中生情緒智力不因性別、家庭社經地位不同而有顯著差異。國中生領導才能與創造力因性別、家庭社經地位不同而有顯著差異。國中生情緒智力與領導才能、領導才能與創造力與情緒智力與創造力呈顯著正相關。

The main purpose of the study was to explore 1) the differences among background of junior high school students, emotional intelligence, leadership and creativity. 2) the relationship among emotional intelligence, leadership and creativity of junior high school students. This study used the method of questionnaire survey and literature survey to collect data. The participants included 534 students coming from sixteen class in four junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The instruments employed in this study were "Emotional Intelligence Inventory", "Leadership Development Program" and "New Creativity Test". The main findings were as follows: The junior high school students' emotional intelligence in different sex and socioeconomic status was not different. The junior high school students' leadership and creativity in different sex and socioeconomic status were significantly different. The junior high school students' emotional intelligence and creativity were positively related to their leadership. The junior high school students' emotional intelligence was related to their creativity.
