The main purpose of the study was to explore 1) the differences among background of junior high school students, emotional intelligence, leadership and creativity. 2) the relationship among emotional intelligence, leadership and creativity of junior high school students. This study used the method of questionnaire survey and literature survey to collect data. The participants included 534 students coming from sixteen class in four junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The instruments employed in this study were "Emotional Intelligence Inventory", "Leadership Development Program" and "New Creativity Test". The main findings were as follows: The junior high school students' emotional intelligence in different sex and socioeconomic status was not different. The junior high school students' leadership and creativity in different sex and socioeconomic status were significantly different. The junior high school students' emotional intelligence and creativity were positively related to their leadership. The junior high school students' emotional intelligence was related to their creativity.
