The purpose of this study is to explore the feelings of Tainan City elementary school teachers for teaching related psychosocial hazards and job stress, and analyze the difference between the case of the elementary school teachers of different backgrounds. Tainan City elementary school teachers in the sample conducted the survey, sent 415 questionnaires totally, 361 were valid. The reply rate is 87%. According the reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t test, single factor variation number analysis conduct data processing and analysis, results are that cause of different gender, educational attainment, job title, work years and school scale of elementary school teachers in the teaching-related psychosocial hazards have significant differences. Finally, the above conclusions give some recommendations to elementary school teachers, elementary school teacher training institutions, administrative bodies, society and the future research directions.
