以五向度理論探討大專柔道選手社會支持之內容

The Five Function Theory of Society Support Influence in College Student Judo Athletes

摘要


目的:在探究影響大專柔道運動員社會支持中向度之內涵,並依據社會支持因應效果的理論模式探討。方法:本研究採深度訪談及參與觀察方法來做資料的蒐集,以大專甲、乙組各五名為研究對象,並運用內容分析來歸納資料。結果:研究結果符合五因素社會支持理論,因素有防護員需求、獎金誘因、輔助用具、自我認知、教練關懷及肯定、家人支持、輸贏壓力、教練及隊友的訊息提供、協會限制、隊友、朋友及隊上摯友的激勵與鼓勵。結論:與社會支持的五個功能理論架構適度符合。然而,本篇研究結果可提供教練、家人及隊友們去了解如何幫助及支持柔道選手。

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to explore the dimension matter in society support influence of college student judo athletes in Taiwan. It was in accordance with coping effect models of society support discussion. Methods: A qualitative research was used in this study. The form of in-depth interviews and observation was utilized to collect data by the researchers. An in-depth interview was conducted with five black belt and five white belt level competitors. The content analysis was also used for further investigation. Results: This study the result answer to five function theory of society support influence. They are as follows: Need for athletic therapist; financial incentives; improved equipment; self-awareness; coach shows care and affirmation; family support; competition pressure; teammate and coach inter dependency; judo association rule book; teammate, friend, best friend in team encouragement. Conclusion: The research conclusion is similar to the society support five function theory. Finally, this study will let coaches; family and teammates understand what support service judo athletes exactly need.
