運動訓練對思覺失調症之影響

Effects of Exercise Training on Schizophrenia Disorders

摘要


思覺失調症是一種常見的精神疾病,其一般症狀包括思維障礙、認知功能障礙和精神行為症狀。隨著疾病的進展,患者的認知能力和生理功能將逐漸退化。這種精神疾病越來越普遍,不僅是患者本身的終身鬥爭,也是他們家庭和社會的負擔。本綜述文章整合思覺失調症的文獻,並探討運動訓練對思覺失調症的潛在益處。而許多現有的研究也指出,定期運動訓練可以改善認知功能,並且也顯著促進腦血流量、心肺健康和情緒狀態。

Schizophrenia disorders is a common mental disorder, and the general symptoms including thought disorder, cognitive dysfunction, and mental behavioral symptoms. As the disease progresses, the cognitive ability and physiological function of the patient will progressively degenerate. The increasing prevalence of this mental disorder is not only a life-long struggle for the patients themselves but also a burden for their families and societies. This review article integrates the literature on schizophrenia disorders and explores the potential benefits of exercise training on schizophrenia disorders. Numerous existing studies have pointed out that regular exercise training can improve cognitive function and significantly promote cerebral blood flow, cardiopulmonary fitness, and mood state.
