職業運動官方網站內容之分析：以中華職棒大聯盟五球隊為例

摘要

本研究透過內容分析法來分析中華職棒大聯盟五球隊之官方網站，以瞭解並比較各球隊網站內容之項目及其建置之差異情形，希望能對未來其他球隊或組織於架設網站時有所助益。本研究以下列類目來進行分析：一、權威性；二、便利性；三、內容設計：（一）網頁架構、（二）休閒娛樂；四、互動性：（一）個人化服務、（二）軟體下載、（三）資訊多樣性、（四）交流回饋功能、（五）廣告行銷功能；五、資訊技術。結果發現，整體網站內容得分以1統一（90%）＞2中信（87%）＞3兄弟（85%）＞4La New（82%）＞5興農（80%），以統一表現最優。

This study uses content analysis to analyze official website of five teams of CPBL, in order to understand and compare the project of each website's content and different situation of the construction. I hope it will greatly help other teams or organizations to build websites in the future. This research is analyzed with the following classifications: First, authoritativeness; second, convenience; third, the design of the content: (1) framework of the webpage, and (2) amusement and recreation; Fourth, interactivity. (1) personal service, (2) software download, (3) information variety, (4) exchanging and feedback function , and (5) advertising and marketing function; Fifth, information technology. Finally, the Uni-lions is ranked 1st (90%) ＞ 2nd Whale (87%)＞ 3rd Brother (85%)＞ 4th LaNew (82%)＞ 5th Bulls (80%), the Uni-lions is the best.
