不同球桿對高爾夫揮桿型態之影響

The Influence of Different Golf Clubs in Swinging Pattern

摘要


從動作表現來觀察不同高爾夫球桿其揮桿過程所產生的動作軌跡,可以清楚發現,當選手在使用不同球桿揮擊時,他們的揮桿型態類似一致性以圓週弧線方式進行,然身體姿勢卻會因球桿而調整,而這種姿勢調整勢必形成另一種協調型態,選手在這樣情下如何況控制肢體間的協調以降低動作上所產生的變異性來達到揮桿的穩定與強度。本研究目的在探討不同程度選手在不同球桿限制下其揮桿動作型態。利用Gypsy Gyro(IGS190)陀螺儀動作擷取分析系統,頻率120 Hz來收集三位高爾夫選手分別使用三種不同高爾夫球桿的全揮桿動作。結果顯示:在比較選手間的差異上,臀部動作軌跡、球桿限制與主成份內容分析可以顯示出高差點與低差點高爾夫選手之間的差異;個體在不同球桿限制下揮桿動作型態的差異比較,從下桿動作各肢段在X軸方向主成份內容分析中發現:差點低(高技能)的選手在使用不同球桿時身體肢段參與動作策略是一致性在肢體間動作變異很小,而差點高(低技能)選手在使用不同球桿時身體肢段參與動作策略顯然不一樣,其肢體間動作變異性很大。

In golf, the swing motion determines the range and accuracy. Even with different golf clubs, the circular range of motion is consistent. Therefore, it is up to the golfer to adopt and coordinate the body to different golf clubs to maintain the stable range of motion. How the body is coordinated to meet the lowest variation of each successful swing determines the consistency and the performance of the game. The purpose of this research is to analyze the coordination pattern of golf full swing between golfers and different types of golf club. Using the Gypsy Gyro (IGS190) motion analysis system devices with the measurement of 120Hz to collect the full swinging action of each participant golfers when they swung the golf clubs in driver, medium iron (Iron 6), and short iron (Iron 9). The results reveled in comparing the different handicaps golfers that it might be according to 1) the hip movement pattern, 2) the different clubs were used and 3) the contents of principle component analysis to identify. The results also showed that the types of body segments involved in swinging there was less variances in low handicap (high skill) golfer than in high handicap (less skill) golfer.
