摘要

本研究的目的為比較果農參加ISO9001認證通過後，在種植農產品的產量、價格、粗收益、成本及損益方面的變化。資料蒐集方法為事先設計問卷，再派員至現場訪談，以取得生產及銷售資料。研究對象為臺中地區參加ISO9001認證通過的果農，調查所得資料再進行成對樣本T檢定分析，以了解果農參加認證前後之經營成果是否達到顯著差異。分析結果得知，果農參加認證後，在價格、粗收益及損益方面均有極顯著提升，而產量與成本也有顯著提升。

The purpose of this comparison study is to the status variation in the amount, prices, gross income, production cost and surplus of fruit products while it products of fruit farmers after passing ISO9001 certification. The data collection method is to questionnaire design in advance, and then followed by dispatching officers to do on-site interviews to acquire the production and sales data. The fruit farmers who have passed ISO9001 certification in Taichung area are the study objects. The collected data were analyzed by the paired samples T-test analysis in order to know whether the operating results achieved significant differences after the fruit farmers participated in the certification. The results indicated that after fruit farmers participated in the certification, the prices, gross income and surplus were trended to the significant improved, but the production cost and amount are also increased.
