學習適應係指個體在學習的歷程中,當面臨困難之際,採取適當、合適的技能及策略,且善用各種環境資源,以求紓解壓力、解決問題的動態歷程,它攸關學生的學業成就和人格發展,更是學習成敗的關鍵要素。隨著社會環境的快速變遷,教師面臨的挑戰亦日益增加,面對學習適應不良的學生,教師應如何提供適當幫助,改善其學習問題,絕對是一門不容忽視的課題。因此,本研究試著從學習適應之意義、內涵、評量及影響因素等方面進行深入探討,以期使教師能對學習適應有更清楚與深刻的瞭解,最後提供教師若干建議:一、教師應培養心理調適的能力,時時面對新的挑戰。二、教師應不斷充實輔導專業知能。三、鼓勵教師經驗傳承。四、了解每位學生個別差異。五、營造和諧的班級氣氛。這些建議可供教師或相關單位與人士參考。
Learning adaptation means that the individual in the learning process how to take appropriate, the right skills and strategies, and use of environmental resources when faced with difficult times, in order to relieve stress, and problem-solving dynamic process. It is relevant to students academic achievement and character development, but also to learn the key elements of success. With the rapidly changing social environment, teachers also face the challenge of increasing by day after day. Face the learning maladaptive students, teachers should be know how to provide appropriate assistance to improve their learning problems. That is definitely an issue can not be ignored. Therefore, this study tried to discuss deeply from Learning Adaptation of the meaning, content, assessment and impact factors such as others in areas so that teachers can apply for a clearer and deeper understanding. Provide teachers a number of recommendations: First, teachers should develop the ability of psychological adjustment, and always face new challenges. Second, teachers should continue to enrich the counseling professional knowledge. Third, encourage teachers to experience heritage. Fourth, to understand each student individual differences. Fifth, create a harmonious atmosphere of the class. These could also be used as examples for the authorities of teachers and related departments.
