The age of drug addicts had gotten younger, the crimes of drug misuse had taken the second largest percentage in teenager crimes, and more teenagers had convicted of drug crimes. This study had aimed to discuss the meaning, content, and implication of drug education, and had proposed a model for drug-education curriculum in elementary schools. The model had consisted of three dimensions: cognition, affection, and skills. Cognitive dimension had included five aspects: getting correct knowledge of drug use, information acquirement, the side-effects of drug misuse, techniques of rejection, and relief from study pressure.
