Techniques for Spindle Error Motion Analysis

In order to evaluate the quality of spindles, the analysis system is in demand. However, the commercial system is rather expensive and difficult to be installed. We proposed the new analysis system with three laser sensors which are capable to meet required resolution but much cheaper and easier installation. With self-designed software algorithm, the spindle error motion analysis system was proposed.
