摘要


本文主要是藉由第一作者親身參加Babson College所舉辦的Teaching Entrepreneurial Thought and Action研習營,輔以次級資料,說明Babson College 創業課程的設計理念、作法和如何幫助學生創業。以學生為中心的創業課程,Babson College非常強調行動學習。在學習創業的過程中,重視雙元思考能力、永續發展和自我探索,使學生有能力面對未知環境的挑戰。提供新生成立企業並運作的機會,使學生能發掘自己的興趣和專長。最後本文提供幾點看法供致力於創業教育的學者做為發展具有特色創業課程的參考。

This article, mainly based on the first author' personal participation in the "Teaching Entrepreneurial Thought and Action" workshop of Babson College and partially supplemented with materials from secondary data, introduces readers with the student-centered curriculum design and action learning philosophy in Babson College, which place an emphasis on how to educate their students to become a entrepreneurial leader. When students learn to start their business, their ambidexterity thinking skills, sustainable development and self-exploration are emphasized, enabling them to face unpredictable challenges in the future. The college also provides students with strong faculty mentor system and administrative support to run an enterprise, so they can explore their interests and specialty. Lastly, recommendations are provided for entrepreneurship educators on developing their own unique entrepreneurship education program.
