本研究首先提出螢光光譜的加成性,導出一種同時分析多成份螢光的模式與微電腦程式,並對多成份間發生干擾之原因研討修正之。以硫酸奎寧(QUININE SULFATE)、螢光鈉(FLUORESCEIN SODIUM) 、維生素B_2(RIBOFLAVIN)三種螢光物質所混合的樣品分析,證實決定一個例行試樣的時間僅需90至180秒,所得各成份濃度之誤差皆在10%以內。
The addition property of fluorescence Spectrum and an analytical method for simultaneous determination of multicom-ponent system by fluorometry with a microcomputer are reported in the paper. The interference among the components is discussed and corrections are made by the mixtures of quinine sulfate fluorescein sodium and vitamin B_2. It has been proved that a routine sample can be analyzed in 90 ~ 180 sec and the errors of the concentration of each component are less than 10%.
