微波消化之方法與應用

Introduction to Microwave Sample Digestion Technique

摘要


微波消化為新近發展之一種重要的樣品前處理技術,具有快速、高效率及可密閉加熱等的優點,已被廣泛地應用於分析樣品的消化分解上。本文將就微波消化的原理、儀器設備、消化試劑、消化程式設計及應用現況等作一介紹。

Microwave digestion is a newly developed technique for sample preparation in analytical chemistry. Because of the advantages of rapid, high efficiency, and closed-vessel heating capability, microwave digestion is widely applied to decompose sample prior to analysis in research and practice purposes. The concepts of microwave heating, microwave instrument, digestion reagent, general guideline of sample digestion, and recent application.s are described.
