微波加熱應用於生質材料處理控制之研究

摘要


微波加熱是使被加熱物體本身成為發熱體,不需要熱傳導的過程,內外部同時加熱,因此能迅速地在短時間內達到加熱效果。在微波加熱時,受熱物體的各部位通常都能滲透電磁波,因此均勻性加熱非常佳;還有在微波加熱中,微波能量只能被加熱物體吸收而產生熱量,加熱室內的空氣與相應的容器都不會發熱,所以加熱應用效率極高,因此以發展使用於木質纖維物質的前處理製程微波加熱控制作為研究,以能符合經濟效益。 本研究以微波加熱的密閉容器裝置為受熱體建構微波加熱系統,並應用田口實驗方法找出,處理木質纖維物質能快速達到所需的溫度操作條件方式。本研究是以快速的微波功率調整對密閉容器內部持續加熱,檢出密閉容器內的溫度與壓力變化,經研究結果顯示,運用田口方法可找出較佳的操作參數設定條件組合;以由內往外的加熱方法,能得到更佳的加熱效率及提升生物纖維處理物的品質。

The microwave heating is to render the object to be heated as the heat source and it is generally addressed as internally heating mode, in addition, it does not require the process of heat transmission. Furthermore, both the internal and external heating occurs simultaneously therefore it can reach the effect of heating in a very short time span. In microwave heating, every part of the object normally can allow the electromagnetic waves transmitted homogeneously to generate heat. Thus the homogeneity is considered as superb. Additionally, in the period for microwave heating, the microwave can only be absorbed by the object to be heated, and the indoor air and the corresponding container inside the heating chamber will not be heated. Consequently this way, the heat efficiency is rated as extremely high. Hence, the development of preprocessing for wood fiber materials applies the microwave heating control as the research subject so as to meet the requirements for economic effectiveness. This research applies the microwave heating device as the main body for microwave heating. In addition, it applies the Taguchi Method to locate those requirements for efficiently processing wood fiber materials. Then this research applies the efficient microwave power ratio adjustments to continuously heat the enclosed container and follow with inspecting and testing the temperature and pressure variations inside the enclosed container. The findings of this research indicated that, by applying Taguchi method, it can locate a better set of conditional setups. And through the mode of heating from the outside towards inside, it can acquire even better heating power ratios in addition to enhancing the quality for biomass fiber processed objects.
