摘要


超分子擁有相當獨特的結構與物理、化學性質,近年來,超分子化學一直是個相當熱門的領域。在超分子的各種類型中,又以近似DNA結構的螺旋超分子,受到較多的注目,因為其結構特別,能夠讓我們了解其分子自我組裝的條件和過程,此外,其分子辨識行為、非線性光學性質、磁交換、電化學行為、催化反應等豐富的物理化學性質,更是讓人著迷且待研究的領域。本文將針對超分子的螺旋錯合物加以分類和介紹,並且探討其潛在的應用性。

Since Lehn et al discovered the supramolecule the field of supramolecular chemistry has attracted the interest of scientists and is the subject of intensive work in fundamental and applied research. Of the many interesting supramolecules that have been developed, those based on helical structures retaining a unique place in supramolecule chemistry have attracted the most attention. Probes based on helical supramolecules are of special interest because of the particularly suitable self-assembly process and molecular recognition behavior. An overview of the helical supramolecules is presented, detailing its structure and derivatives, along with a description of the ways of controlling the helical structures and a description of the process of self-assembly.
