Inheritance and Evolution: A Study of the New ＂Preaching Stories＂ from the Wu Tiao Kone Cultural District in Tainan

摘要

本論文以府城五條港文化園區傳講故事之新型態為研究範疇。討論問題可分為三方面：首先，從新興傳講背景著手，探及此場域的文化背景、經濟市場、傳播網絡及講新動機的講述元素。第二，探述衍變中的傳講模式，舊傳講人僅止於口述；新傳講人與當地文史協會觀光產業相結合，配合導覽、老照片、民俗活動，藉由現代的科技媒介，產生回到過去的效果。第三，探討講述者、聽者、文本交互下的傳講情境，由於傳講人與聽者的互動、以及情境的變數，空間場域、氣候及突發事件的介入，使得新型態的傳講氛圍更為機動靈活。也使五條港文化園區變得更活絡，具有時代性。

This paper takes new ＂preaching stories＂ from the ＂Wu Tiao Kone Cultural District＂ in Tainan city as the subject of research. Three questions are discussed: first, background elements of new preaching stories are discussed, including their cultural background, economic markets, transmission networks and motivation; second, changing modes of preaching, from oral transmission by lone traditional preachers to the integration of new preachers with the local folklore community, and the recreation of the atmosphere of the past through the combining of modern media technology with tour guiding, old photographs, and folklore activities; third, the situational context of preaching is discussed, with regard to the interaction of preachers, listeners, and texts, and the ways in which preaching is rendered more vivid as a result in of contextual changes in such elements as spaces, climate and events.
