文化創意產業興起的影響之下,發展文化經濟更是現今許多國家的發展趨勢之一,台南是台灣發展最早的城市,其傳統聚落、文化景觀和傳統產業等,都是極具地方魅力與特色的文化。傳統的生活場域轉變為文創場域,傳統文化空間、場域必須重新定位或接受新的變革。本研究以台南五條港文創園區為主體,進行文創脈絡與場域變遷的研究。探討一、文創脈絡發展歷程。二、轉變為文創場域型塑的過程中,在空間場域轉變的型態。三、探討人、空間與場域所產生的變化與影響。四、場域優劣勢。本研究方法以文獻資料收集、實地觀察法、深度訪談法進行訪查研究。其研究結果發現五條港文化創意產業發展曲線脈絡取代公部門規劃政策:一、地方文化產業發展與當地居民的投入和實際參與最為重要。二、各文化創意產業的發展差異與當地居民的關聯性,經由互動的分享與價值的思辨產生共鳴性,凝聚居民共識,參與者也會因此對公眾事務產生責任感,提升居民對社會的回應性。三、居民自組的團體、民間企業和非政府組織組合而成的民間力量投入性高,雖然缺乏公部門的補助,但也因此不會有利益分配不均的問題。四、地方文化創意產業最好的藍圖就是由地方政府、民間團體、在地居民與學校團體建立一個共同商議機制,以在地居民為主導,將有助於提升居民對社區的認同感,且促進文化創意產業發展。
Under the influence of the rise of creative cultural industries, the development of cultural economy is one of the development trends of many countries today. This research method is conducted by field observation method and in-depth interview method. The research results show that the development curve of the cultural and creative industries of Five Channels Cultural Zone replaces the public sector planning policy: First, the development of local cultural industry and the input and actual participation of local residents are the most important. Second, the differences between the development of various cultural and creative industries and the local residents, through the interaction of sharing and value speculation to resonate, rallying the consensus of the residents, participants will also have a sense of responsibility for public affairs, improve residents' responsiveness to society . Third, the combination of self-organized groups, non-governmental enterprises and non-governmental organizations is highly input. Although there is a lack of public sector subsidies, there will be no problem of uneven distribution of benefits. Fourth, the best blueprint for local cultural and creative industries is that local governments, civil society organizations, local residents and school groups establish a common deliberation mechanism, which is dominated by local residents and will help to enhance residents' sense of community identity.
