本文旨在說明我國防制藥物濫用教育的政策脈絡,並詳述國小階段反毒教材的規劃與發展歷程。首先,簡述政府部門推動毒品防制歷程;繼之,闡述反毒教育強調的三級預防理念,並回顧教育部歷年來所致力的各項防制學生藥物濫用教材之發展;然後,聚焦於國民小學階段防制學生藥物濫用補充教材之開發歷程3。歷時三年半,並經過39 所國小、76 個班級實際參與試辦教學,藉由回饋意見顯示教材設計適當,有助於國小防制藥物濫用教育的推動與落實。
The purpose of this paper is to explain the policy of drug abuse prevention education in Taiwan government and to elaborate the planning and development of anti-drug teaching materials in the primary and secondary schools. First of all, it briefly outlines the government's efforts to promote drug control. Secondly, it elaborates on the three-level prevention concept emphasized by anti-drug education, and reviews the development of anti-drug abuse teaching materials developed by the Ministry of Education over the years. Development Course of Supplementary Teaching Materials for Preventing Students' Drug Abuse in National Primary Stage. Which lasted three and a half years, and after 39 primary schools and 76 classes actually participated in the pilot project, the feedback materials showed that the design of the teaching materials was appropriate, which was helpful to the promotion and implementation of anti-drug education.
