河川輸砂模式數位學習網站建置之研究

A study on the e-Learning Website Construction of River Sediment Transport Model

摘要


數值模式的學習除了透過使用者手冊摸索外,大都需要嘗試錯誤來累積經驗,往往花費了許多時間與精力仍然不得要領,本文嘗試在國產的水利模式NETSTARS 視窗化後的使用上提供一個學習網站,讓學習更有效率。NETSTARS 模式是一個可以計算複雜河系河床沖淤的工具,經視窗化後版本為V2.0,本文規劃建立的數位學習網站內容包括:(1).使用XOOPS架站機建置風格網站:http://www.hmhsieh.idv.tw/xoops2/index.php。(2).製作NETSTARS 模式之理論簡介Powerpoint 投影片、視窗化程式操作及Arcview 外掛模組操作等Flash 格式之網頁動態影音,搭配網頁製作表單介紹學習單元的內容、時間及超連結位置。(3).使用Flash 設計Menu 可選取播放超過100 個影音投影片。(4).透過功能模組的安裝及網頁崁入區塊功能,設計許多網站有用的功能選項,包括行事曆、討論區、最新消息、檔案下載、天氣預報、投票、線上學習單元與測驗及一些統計功能等。(5).使用Anark Studio 製作淡水河系河床變動的3D 互動式示範網頁。希望藉由影音數位教材的重複聽看及討論可以提高使用者的學習效率。由網站營運分析了解使用者大都使用e-mail 發問以獲得答案,由五分制問卷調查成果,平均得分為3.255,藉以了解有待加強的部分包括定期更新、留言版設置、Q&A 功能、增加網站地圖的網頁、首頁的設計、文字的編排及設計風格等。

Numerical model's study, besides using the user handbook, mostly needs trial and error to accumulate the experience of operation. The learner must spend long time to understand the software performance, but can still not perfectly find out all the skills. Even thought the windows interface of the model was finished, the user still feels learning the model was very hard. The NETSTARS model, developed with FORTRAN language, was selected to make the windows system and to build the e-Learning website by authors. The NETSTARS model is able to simulate the channel bed evolutions of a channel network. In order to popularize the application of the software using windows interface for this model, the website for learning must be built at this time. The e-Learning website of NETSTARS model version 2.0 includes the following parts: (1). the structure of website was finished by XOOPS technology. The website address is http://www.hmhsieh.idv.tw/xoops2/index.php. (2). the e-Learning contents of Adobe Flash format were made by some tools including the slide introduction of NETSTARS theorem , the operation of windows interface ,and the operation of ArcView 3.2 extension modules. There are some e-Learning units as content statement, time duration, and hyperlink in the integrated tables in some web pages. (3). PowerPoint slides were recorded in excess of 100 video files, and Adobe Flash was used to make menus that those e-learning courses can be selected and broadcasted. (4).the website has some functions as calendar, discussion area, news, downloads, prediction for weather, voting, e-Learning course and examination, stats for some information. (5). the software of Anark Studio 2.0 was used to make 3D variation of bed topology for Tanhsui River using browser view. The learning of the model will be better effective. The users mostly used e-mail to ask some questions and obtain the answers from website operation analysis. The averaged score 3.255 was obtained by the results of the five-grade marking system of questionnaire survey. This website still needs to be progressed including the continuous revision in fixed period, the message board establishment, the Q&A function, the website map, the home page design, the writing arrangement and the design style and so on.
