我國公共檔案館建置芻議
A Proposition for Establishing the Public Archives in Taiwan

This paper mainly discusses the current status of public archives in five countries, i.e. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and China. There are three management models of public archives are described. Secondly, the current situation of public archives establishment in Taiwan is discussed. Finally, three suggestions for establishing public archives in Taiwan are given.
