永磁同步發電機設計與黑潮電力系統模擬

摘要


本文重點於建構20kW 級浮游式黑潮發電渦輪機 (Floating Kuroshio Turbine, FKT) 先導示範機組系統所需之功率為 10kW永磁同步發電機的輸電系統,此模擬架構整合了最大功率點追蹤、向量控制和空間向量調變技術等,並配合MATLAB/Simulink模擬軟體達成黑潮發電系統之設計需求。另外基於有限元素法之ANSYS Maxwell軟體來實現低轉速之外轉子設計。最後將400W 發電機進行負載分析與併網測試,發電機的電壓振幅與市電相同,達到市電併網的目的。

In this thesis, a transmission system for 10kW permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) of 20kW level Floating Kuroshio Turbine (FKT) is proposed. The proposed system is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink for Kuroshio Current. The maximum power point tracking (MPPT), vector control, and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are integrated in the system. Moreover, we use ANSYS Maxwell design tool, which is based on finite element method (FEM), to design a low speed of outer-rotor design for 10kW PMSG simulated by. Additionally, the loading test and the grid-connected experiment of a 400W generator are analyzed. The amplitude of output voltage is consistent with the electric supply to achieve the goal of grid-connected experiment.
