本研究以國內法律圖書館員為研究對象,目的是希望能了解國內法律圖書館員應該具備哪些核心能力。研究採用文獻分析法、問卷調查法與深度訪談法,先行分析彙整國內外針對圖書館員核心能力的研究成果,之後設計問卷調查國內法律圖書館的經營概況並歸納出法律圖書館員的核心能力,最後藉由深入訪談分析出法律圖書館員真正必須具備的核心能力。 本研究結果如下: 1、服務熱忱、責任感與主動積極是法律圖書館員最需具備的核心能力。 2、理解資訊需求與分析資訊需求是最重要的客戶服務能力。 3、法律圖書館員必須具備一定的法律學科知識。 4、法律圖書館員的扮演的角色相當多元化,自我成長與學習能力顯得更加重要。 根據研究結果,提出下列四項建議: 1、由學校單位規劃相關課程以培養人才 2、建構國內法律圖書館員之核心能力標準 3、研擬適合法律圖書館員的在職訓練課程與資格認證 4、提升法律圖書館的地位,進入企業組織的核心
This study aims to investigate the core competencies of Law Library. The research methods include document analysis,questionnaire survey and depth interview. First, collecting achiements in the researches which focus on core competency of librarian at home and abroad. Then design a questionnaire to investigate the business status of Law Library and induce the core competencies of Law Librarian.Finally, analysis and generalize the real core competencies by depth interview. The findings of this research are as follows: a. Zeal, sense of responsibility and initiative are most importment core competencies of a Law Librarian. b. Comprehand and analysis the information needs are the most importment in customer service. c. Law Librarian needs to have knowledge of law discipline. d. Law Librarians usually play various roles, so self-development is very importment. Some suggestions proposed in this study include a. Building classes in school for training Law Librarians. b. Building a standard of core competency of Law Librarians. c. Building class for advanced study and qulification of Law Librarians. d. Heave the position of Law Library and make it to be the core of enterprise.
