摘要

在第一章，我們討論失效篩選取樣及逐次型二篩選取樣的關係，並在失效篩選取樣下分別討論，指數分佈及柏拉圖分佈最佳分組的問題。並且討論了在逐次型二篩選取樣的最佳設計。最後以模擬的方式來討論失效篩選取樣如何決定最佳組內個數。
在第二章，在特殊形式的累積機率分佈下，討論了故障率為浴缸型的分佈族。本文提出了三個具體不同的分佈族。

In chapter one, we discuss the relation between failure censoring scheme and progressively type II censoring scheme；some optimal allocation problems have been studied under both exponential and Pareto distributions.Some optimal problems have been also studied under progressive type II censoring scheme.
In chapter two, we study and propose some special family of distribution with bathtub shape hazard rate.
