根據2011年我國積體電路設計產業分析報告中指出,近年來智慧型終端裝置的潮流下衍生出來的新商機亦挹注了IC設計業者的接單,產值也由2.93%提升至17.85%,因此IC設計產業仍持續蓬勃發展中。 再者,全球IC設計產業呈現專業分工之趨勢,因此IC設計之延伸產業「IC設計服務業」重要性日漸劇增。綜觀目前國內外文獻在IC產業相關研究,多半以「IC設計業」為研究主軸,較缺乏「IC設計服務業」之相關研究,並且欠缺對於運用品質機能展開法來衡量IC設計服務業之服務品質相關研究之下,本研究將透過品質機能展開法之使用,探討IC設計服務業服務品質技術與管理重點,以提供IC設計服務業者提升服務品質之可行方案。

And they don’t measure quality of IC design service industry by QFD. The study will use QFD to measure quality of IC design service industry.And explore the important points of IC design service industry service quality technology and management to provide a practicable plan of increase service quality.
