Using Learning Curve Model to Construct an Order Distribution Decision Supply System of Global Logistics for Apparel Industry

摘要


就目前全球紡織成衣業的情況來看,新興國家的崛起使得成衣市場面對更劇烈的低價競爭,也使得供應來源的集中,更引起區域優惠協定的興盛,對成衣產業的影響相當大。而為因應未來可能面對的情形,成衣業應全球佈局,落實國際分工,以節省成本或增加效率來減少可能所受的衝擊,保持競爭優勢。台灣成衣產業如何在全球運籌佈局中有效的管理全球訂單,是值得深入探討的主題。 成衣產業在產能的預估上,若能加入學習效應的影響,生產時間的預測與成本評估將會更準確,對於訂單的分配也更有彈性,並能獲得更高的產能利用率以增加產量或減少成本。 本研究針對成衣業全球運籌情況下,於產能的規劃中加入學習曲線考量,對訂單分配決策進行深入研究,以產能及交期做為主要限制,總成本最小化為原則,解決成衣業全球運籌下訂單分配決策問題,最後以個案研究進行實際的驗證,以期能提供成衣產業做為決策依據或參考。

The sunrise countries leads to more severe low-price competition in the apparel market, concentration of component supply and prosperous regional trade arrangements in status quo of global apparel industry. In order to cushion the effects, apparel industry should be global logistics and implement the international division, saving the cost or increasing efficiency to maintain the competition advantage. How the apparel industry in Taiwan manages global order in the whole world effectively, and it will be a theme that is worth probing into. Using learning curve to forecast the capacity of apparel industry, it could acquire the accurate forecasting production time, estimation cost, flexible order distribution and increasing capacity utilization. This study aimed at global logistics for apparel industry and measured learning curve in capacity planning, and researched into order distribution. Solving the order distribution of global logistics for apparel industry, we applied the objective of the model is to decide an optimal production plan to minimize the overall production cost, and the constraints are capacity and due date. Finally, we implemented a case study to verify, and hoped the research can offer the apparel industry to draw up plans to manage operation way, operation index and order distribution models of global logistics.
