台灣染顏料產業經營策略成功因素之研究

摘要


染料與顏料通稱為色料,兩者皆為著色物質。染顏料所具有的染著色能力不僅能美化商品與提高產品附加價值,在日常生活中提供繽紛色彩,美化人類生活的品質。我國染料業始於1954 年,顏料方面亦始於1958 年,然近年來因國內經營環境改變,加以環保及勞工意識抬頭,致使我國染顏料工業亦逐步走向多元化、國際化。由於貿易逐步自由化及在區域經濟之競爭壓力下,台灣產業染顏料的競爭更形艱困,為提高競爭力經營策略必需隨之更動。 故本研究僅以兩岸開放投資之起始至今為本研究的產業研究歷史背景,藉由全世界染顏料產業結構要素分析與兩岸染顏料產業發展演進,以期對國內染顏料產業分析、產業競爭力結構有所了解。藉以提供今後相關產業經營應變的策略思考架構及借鏡,在不同階段的發展過程,以個案公司所採用不同的經營策略;探討在台灣染顏料產業發展的各個不同階段,企業策略的因應環境的關鍵因素。並以五力分析、SWOT分析找出產業經營的機會與威脅,來界定企業現階段生存的最佳位置。期望能藉了解台灣染顏料產業發展演進中的產業環境競爭策略選擇相互關係與對台灣染顏料產業發展影響的程度。 經立意抽樣個案訪談台灣染顏料廠商發現,在不同階段橫斷面環境,其總體策略選擇會隨環境改變而改變。產業關鍵成功因素是市場趨勢,產業移動障礙與產業生態明顯轉變,是具有不同階段性的動態本質,是勢必隨著產業環境的發展演進而有所變動的。

The dyestuffs and pigment are generally called “the coloring”, the both all for the color material. The coloring ability can beautify goods and improve the products value of the surtax, offer the color in riotous profusion in daily life, beautify the quality of human life. Dyestuffs industry beginning of our country was since 1954, the pigment industry also started in 1958, but because the domestic operate environment changes in recent years, environmental protection and laborer's consciousness resume, cause our country Dyestuffs and pigment industry also move towards the pluralism, internationalization progressively. Also because trade is liberalized progressively and under the competition pressure of the regional economy, it is difficult to be tired that the competition appears even more for Taiwan dyestuffs and pigment industry, In order to improve the competitiveness, the management tactics are also have to change thereupon. So in this research will only focus period on government start open make the investment initial to China of initially so far of two sides with Taiwan historical background that industry study for this research, This research as to the dyes and pigment industrial structure key element analysis with the whole world and dyes and pigment industry of develops gradual progress with two sides of Taiwan and China, Expect to understand Taiwan dyes and pigment industry's analysis, industry's competitiveness structure to some extent. Make use of and offer the future relevant industry management tactics with the conduct and ponder over the structure for draw lessons from. evolution in the cross section of different stages, with the management tactics adopted differently of case company; Try to probe key factor of the corresponding environment of enterprise's tactics into each different stages for development of Taiwan dyestuffs and pigment industry. And find out chance and threat that the industry management with Porter(1980) "Competitive Strategy”and SWOT analysis, to define the best position where enterprises survive at the present stage. Expect to be able to make use of understanding that Taiwan dyestuffs and pigment the environmental competitive strategy of industry in the development gradual progress and choose interrelation and develop the effect to the thing that Taiwan dyestuffs and pigment industries. The interview Taiwanese dyestuffs and pigment manufacturer of case through sampling to find, in the cross section environment of different stages, the corporate strategy are chosen will be change with the environment to be change. The key factor of succeeds is a market trend. The industries moves of obstacle and Industry's ecological obvious change are have a different phased dynamic essence, certainly will perform then change to some extent with the development of industry's environment.
