隔震建築出現在人類歷史上,雖已超過百年,但是開始蓬勃發展時期至今也不過二、三十年光景,各種隔震裝置陸續被開發出來,不僅在防災功能顯著,亦成為營建技術先進國家的象徵。我國營建技術自民國91年(2002)4月由內政部頒佈實施「建築物隔震設計規範」之時,正式邁入隔震建築時代。 結構設計者實務上採用隔震設計時,在隔震器的應用上,諸如不同隔震裝置的設計性能,裝置類型的選用等,雖然在規範並無嚴格限制,然而卻也無明確的規定,使得實務上付出較重成本的代價,政府主管機關在推廣隔震建築政策上也受到侷限。 本研究屬於規範探討、結構設計及可行性比較之綜合性研究,除了以吸取他人長處的觀點比較我國與其他營建技術先進國家之規範與制度外,並以電子計算機程式模擬不同隔震裝置在同一結構之隔震層設計,並就所得結果加以分析評估,以供業界參考。
The seismic isolation structural buildings has appeared in human history for more than 100 years, yet the period which had been rapidly developed was just twenty or thirty years ago.All kinds of seismic isolator are developed constantly,which are not only quite useful in disaster prevention, but also become the symbol of advanced countries in the construction technique. In Republic of China,We have been into the age of seismic isolation officially as the time The Ministry of The Interior ordains and practices the"Design of seismic isolated structures code"since April 2002. As structural engineer take seismic isolated structure designs in applying seismic isolator in practice, there are no strict restricts in code in designing performances of different seismic isolator or selection of types of isolator, yet there are no definitive regulations as well. Practically, we have paid quite a lot and the government supervisor organization has also been limited in promoting seismic isolated construction policy. Besides approving of the advantage of others, this study also compares the differences of our countries and the other advanced countries in construction techniques both in codes and systems. The study also simulates many same structures and its seismic isolated story with different design of seismic isolator by the use of computer programs. The study analyzes and evaluates the result from the outcome as reference of the Industry.
