摘要


本論文的主旨在研究多波長雷射光源,提出了兩個以摻鉺光纖放大器作為增益介質的多波長雷射架構。其第一架構為利用光注入技術所產生的多波長光纖雷射。在第二架構研究具有超窄波長間距之多波長光纖雷射光源。兩個架構皆經由實驗測試具有良好的功率平坦度及光信噪比,並且量測其穩定度,以期達到穩定光源的目的。上述研究的成果,對於日後作為高容量光纖通訊系統以及光纖感測系統的光源是深具潛力的。

In this thesis, we study the multi-wavelength laser with ultra-narrow wavelength spacing, we proposed and demonstrated two multi-wavelength laser architectures using erbium-doped fiber amplifier as gain medium. In first architecture, we used the light injection technique to construct a switchable multi-wavelength fiber ring laser. In second architecture, we study multi-wavelength fiber ring laser with ultra-narrow wavelength spacing. The feasibility of two schemes is demonstrated by the experimental results. The proposed multi-wavelength lasers should be very useful for applications to high speed optical fiber communication systems and fiber sensor systems.
