城市歷史空間場所觀

A Study on Urban Historic Space from the Theory of Place

摘要

近年來，隨著都市空間急速發展，部份富有特殊價值之歷史場所，為配合都市整體更新與發展，轉變為供民眾活動體驗之公共空間。新的公共性格之賦予，給予場所對外展現自體獨特性的機會。新的使用活動與歷史場所的特有性格是否得以共生於都市環境中，決定了空間之價值與未來使用發展之成敗。
都市中的歷史場所具有獨特之空間魅力，其建構於在使用者不同之心理反應之上。對經歷者勾起一份緬懷記憶；對新參與者則產生跨越時空的氣氛體驗。故歷史場所之空間價值不應單純決定於年代考核(時間)與形式保存(空間)之範疇。在新的公共性格併入後，更應回歸場所之本質，由真實的文化脈絡以及人對於場所之認同感建立，來創造真實的城市歷史場所價值。
本研究議題透過場所理論與歷史空間之本質之相關研究整合，以建構真實生活中之場所認同感為主軸，由「人」的角度，探討城市中歷史場所之真實存在價值，企圖在當下之都市環境中，為城市中之歷史場所尋求新的定位與契機。

With the city speedy development in recent years, Some historic place which contain particular value transform into public space for activity and experience to common people for the sake of urban redevelopment. New public disposition let people have the chance to know the character of historic place. The Paragenesis relation between new function and historic disposition influence the space value and development in the future.
Historic place usually contain a special charm originated with different psychological reaction from people arousing memory for resident and establishing experience beyond time-space restriction for user. For this reason, the value of historic place should not be restricted in era investigation or form preserving. When the new public disposition appearing, it might be returning to the essence of place. According to the sequence of culture and human identification to create true value of historic place in the city.
This research is based on documents coordination in theory of place and essence of historic place. According to human mentality to study the true existential value to attempt to find new fix position and more opportunity in realistic society.
