永續綠建築中提倡建築物生命週期之概念,基於建築物對於節能方面必須詳盡考量,避免長期使用後造成能源消耗之負擔,故於規劃與設計階段即考慮適宜本地氣候環境之設計策略,評估其適用性與外部環境之影響,使建築物延長生命週期及使用年限,達成節能之目的,是必須重視及面對的課題。 國內外電腦輔助建築環境分析方法,可探究建築物於基地環境之建築性能模擬設計,透過電腦操作建築物熱能計算、建築光學、建築聲學等相關建築性能因子的數值計算與圖像顯示,瞭解建築物之環境變化情況,而獲得對各種建築性能的仿真結果。 本研究經由相關文獻的蒐集、資料歸納整合與理論分析,以Ecotect電腦軟體輔助分析探討建築熱環境之設計內容,Ecotect軟體於設計階段進行性能分析以及熱環境對建築的影響,透過全年空調負荷量之分析結果,可幫助設計者提出適合不同方位之外遮陽方案比較,以符合生態永續之建築規劃設計要求。最終綜合評估提出電腦輔助建築熱環境分析之建議,並供後續研究發展。
Sustainable green buildings advocate the concept of building life cycle. To avoid heavy burden from energy consumption during long-term use, planning and design ofbuildings should give consideration to the local climate and environment, evaluating its appropriateness and the external environment’s influence. This is a topic that will allow buildings to extend their life cycle and therefore should be attached importance to. Computer-aided building environment analysis methods in Taiwan and overseascan be used to simulate building performance based on the surrounding environment of a building’s base. The computer calculates architectural factors, e.g. building thermal,lighting and acoustics, and produces illustrated simulation results for users to understand the building’s response to environment changes. After collecting relevant literature, reviewing data and analyzing theories, thisstudy utilizes the computer software Ecotect to analyze the design of buildings’ thermal environment. Ecotect analyzes a building’s performance and the thermal environment’s influence during the design stage, allowing designers to compare different sun-shading designs based on cooling load so that it meets sustainability requirements. At the end, this study proposes recommendations based on computer-aided thermal environment analysis results for future research and development.
