發展知識管理提升組織效能之研究─以遊戲產業G公司為例

摘要


公司企業對於對於知識管理,認知將制度規格化、建立SOP、ISO的等標準,利用表格將公司內部流程記錄下來,不論是用紙本或是資料庫,但是從未有想法將員工經驗、員工的想法去做保存或是傳承下去,所以公司企業不斷上演人才的流失,專業的技術無人可以接續,這一些是公司企業不願意所樂見。現今的網路資訊如此的發達,要善用這一些工具,建立知識管理的平台,讓企業員工發揮分享自已的知識與想法。本研究的目的在於知識管理,在這變動的世界經濟環境中,要如何去掌握競爭優勢就必須先要掌握知識。組織中要推動知識管理,首先必須促進組織內部的學習與交流,這對於一個組織的知識管理形成,將會有正面的影響。知識管理目標在於組織創新的效能,並且可以幫助企業在內部的營運流程、組織之創新、內部知識之管理模式或創新等中之發展及其重要性遊戲產品創新、商業模式與行銷創新等,進行提升效能。

For corporate knowledge management, cognitive normalize the system, the establishment of SOP, ISO and other standards, the use of the company's internal processes form record, whether paper or the database, but the idea would never have experienced staff, employees The idea to do it to save or passed along, so companies continue to unfold the loss of talent, professional skills no one can follow, which some companies do not want to be welcomed. Today's network information so developed some tools to make good use of it, a knowledge management platform for enterprise employees to play with the idea of sharing their own knowledge. The purpose of this study is to knowledge management in this changing world economic environment, how to grasp the competitive advantage we must first master the knowledge. Organizations to promote knowledge management, within the organization must first promote learning and exchange, which for the formation of an organization's knowledge management, will have a positive impact. Knowledge Management aims to organizational innovation performance, and can help companies in the internal business processes, organizational innovation, internal knowledge management model or innovation in game development and the importance of product innovation, business model innovation and marketing, etc., for improve performance.
