由於出生率降低以及居住空間的限制,嬰兒輔具逐漸朝向多功能、實用性、安全性、容易收摺且不佔空間的方向發展。本研究是先將專利以及市面上所販售的嬰幼兒手推車、嬰兒彈床、嬰兒學步車加以分析,了解其設計重點以及其優缺點。其次透過品質機能展開方法,找出使用者所重視的需求,將之轉變為設計要素。本研究根據調查結果,提出結合嬰幼兒手推車、嬰兒彈床與嬰兒學步車於一體的設計,利用簡單的機構提供各功能間的轉換。本研究利用Solidworks 2010電腦輔助設計軟體建構此設計的3D模型,然後進行動態模擬分析,並檢查作動過程有無干涉情形發生,最後利用Solidworks軟體進行應力分析,以確定所設計機構之強度。
Due to decling birth rate and limited living space, the development trend of baby assist device has been toward multifunction, practical, safe, easy to fold and small volume. Firstly, this study analyzed the related patents and products of trolley, trampoline and walker for baby to understand their design focus and advantages/disadvantages. Secondly, we figure out the user’s requirements through Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to transfer into design requirements. According to the results from questionnaire, this research presents a conceptual mechanism design for a multifunction trampoline which combines trolley and walker together. The design applies simple mechanisms to provide the transformation between different functions. The 3D model of this design has been constructed via Solidworks 2010 software. The simulation has also been performed to check for interference. Then, the strength analysis is done by using Solidworks software to verify the strength of this design.
