居家睡眠品質分析系統之商業化設計與驗證

摘要


睡眠在人的生活中扮演非常重要的角色,人們一天裡面就有三分之一的時間在睡眠中度過,所以有好的睡眠品質是非常重要的。從過去的文獻得知,我們如果想要知道自己有沒有睡眠上的問題,就必須要到大醫院去做多生理信號量測(Polysomnograghy, PSG)。所以,我們希望可以做出一套非侵入式的居家睡眠品質監測系統,這樣可以讓病人平常自己在家的時候就可以檢測。 本研究的目的在於提出一套系統,主要用於家用睡眠品質評估,系統中包含了一個非侵入式、經過商業化設計的量測裝置,此裝置經過了產品化的設計,讓患者使用起來,不管是在重量上或是舒適度上,都會覺得非常的舒服。 為了確認本文所提出家用睡眠監測裝置的準確性,會給受測者同時使用本裝置與醫院的PSG系統,一方面可以驗證本裝置的準確率,另一方面也可以請不同的受測者來使用本裝置,不過在準確率這方面,還有待加強。

Sleep in people's lives play a very important role, which have one-third of people one day the time spent in sleep, so a good quality of sleep is very important. Literature from the past that we want to know if there is no sleep on the problem, we must to go to hospital Polysomnograghy (Polysomnograghy, PSG).. Therefore, we hope to make a non-invasive quality of home sleep monitoring system, so you can make yourself at home when the patient usually can be detected. Purpose of this study is to propose a system, mainly for household sleep quality assessment system includes a non-invasive, through commercial design of the measuring device, the device after the product design, to enable patients to use, both in terms of weight or comfort, and will feel very comfortable. Patients usually at home using this device to measure, as long as the end of the measurement SD card inserted into the computer, through software, the initial detection of patients can have their own sleep disorder, if found to have sleep issues, can be attached to a hospital the sleep center to do more accurate measurements. To confirm this proposed accuracy of home sleep monitoring device, give the subjects were using both the home device and the PSG system, we can verify the accuracy of the device, it also can ask the different subjects were to use the device, but in accuracy, to be strengthened.
