摘要

Scrum是敏捷式軟體開發流程之一，目前已有許多輔助Scrum流程的工具。當軟體專案開發時，進行議題管理將可有效地掌握議題處理狀態。然而，以流程面而言，Scrum流程並未明確定義它與議題整合之方式，而是由軟體專案團隊自行規範議題管理流程。另一方面，以工具面而言，Scrum流程工具必須整合其他不同的議題追蹤系統，以協助軟體專案團隊來進行議題管理。本論文提出一個結合Scrum流程與議題管理之整合方式，並以此發展一個整合Scrum流程工具之議題追蹤系統－ezTrack。透過本論文所提之整合方式與ezTrack工具，軟體專案團隊得以緊密結合Scrum與議題管理流程，將處理議題的方式落實到Scrum流程當中，使得使用者所關注的議題能持續在可交付的軟體中獲得解決，並減少團隊開發人員同時操作多個工具的負擔。最後，我們提供一個實際案例用以說明論文所提之整合方式的可行性，以作為其他軟體專案團隊實踐上的參考作法。

Scrum is one of the agile software development processes, and there are many tools for supporting Scrum. Issue tracking is an important activity in a software project. However, the existing Scrum tools have not defined how to integrate with issue tracking. In this thesis, we present an approach that integrate Scrum process with issue management. We have developed an integrated issue tracking extension system, which is called ezTrack, to ezScrum. We provide a real case study to illustrate the use of ezTrack and the feasibility of the integration approach.
