鋼索連動式健身車之設計與分析

Design and Analysis of Cable-connected Bike Exerciser

摘要


本設計之健身車使用鋼索搭配滑輪達到連動之效果;另外在滑軌末端設置扭簧,使鋼索保持張力。本研究設計出雙自由度鋼索連動式之健身車,其運動軌跡不固定,可讓使用者自由踩踏以達到彈性訓練腿部之功效。在傳動部分,採用構造簡單之方式呈現,相較於以往複雜之連桿式設計,可收降低成本之效;使用者之運動步態範圍皆符合人體工學,故操作時,不會產生不適感,並確保使用者得以在安全情況下,進行下肢運動及肌肉雕塑。研究中收集相關專利文獻並進行專利分類與分析,且根據市售健身車之規格加以訂定限制條件,隨後利用軟體草繪功能完成機構型態建立及尺寸抓取,並藉由軟體建立3D模型,以確認模型無干涉,本研究之相關成果已提出專利申請。

The exercise bike in this design uses cable to achieve the effect of interactive movement. Torsion springs were added to maintain tension in cables. This research designed a two-DOF cable-connected exercise bike without fixed trajectory to provide flexible training of legs. Simple transmission pattern reduces the cost when compared to traditional linkage-type designs. User’s foot pattern satisfied human factor to give riding comfort and safety when training lower body muscles. This research collected, analyzed, and classified all literatures, and defined constraint conditions according to the specifications of existing exercise bikes. CAD software was used to construct 3D model and to check interference. The related results of this research were filed for patent application.
