台灣地區民國八十六年底全球資訊網 WWW(World Wide Web)主機約為為一萬多台,?佔總 伺服器的70%左右。無疑地,WWW已成為台灣地區Internet上最普遍的服務。隨 著開發技 術的成熟,以WWW平台為開發環境的Intranet程式也逐漸興起。其採用並融 合Internet技 術,不但前端具有瀏覽器易學好用的特性,程式本身更具有標準統一、容易安裝、使用以 及具有傳遞多種形態資料能力等等的優點。台北醫學院自八十六年起,在院方的全力支持 下,開始在Intranet上建置實驗診斷科病患檢驗報告查詢系統(Intranet Laboratory Inf ormation System),使以往靠人工傳遞的檢驗報告,可以蔣策b護理站查詢列印。接著更 發展胃視鏡及超音波的醫療影像查詢系統(IPACS)研 究目的為正式評估以WWW為開發應用 臨床資訊系統平台的可行性,以及了解使用者,研究顯示,實驗診斷科之檢驗報告資料, 因已取代原有之紙張檢驗報告單,不論是使用頻率或問卷調查,需求度均高於其他系統.而 其它各種影像及報告的使用頻率則有差異.醫藥衛生研究資訊網的醫學文獻檢索服務,上線 前後則有最大的需求度差異.
Computerized medical decision support systems have been a major research topic in recent years. Inrelligent computer programs were implemented to aid physicians and other medical professionals in making difficult medical decisions. This report compares two different mathematical models for building a medical decision support system. These models were developed bases on a database. This support system accepts a set of patient data such as the types of fracture, glasgow coma scale, episode of convulsion and return the chance that a neurosurgeon would recommend an open-skull surgery for this patient. This study demonstracted the feasibility of applying logistic regression and neural networks as the mechanism for medical decision support systems based on clinical databases. The results also suggest that neural networks may be a better solution for complex, non-linear medical decision support systems than conventional statistical techniques such as logistic regression.
