目的:探討自我肯定訓練團體於慢性精神分裂症病人的自我肯定、社會互動焦慮及人際溝通滿意度的成效。 背景:協助進行慢性精神分裂症病人的心理復健,及訓練其返回社會中 的生活能力。 設計:實驗設計。 方法:將76名精神分裂症病人,隨機分配為實驗組和對照組各38人,提供實驗組成員每週三次,共十二次的自我肯定訓練團體,對照組成員則維持參與病房活動不進行自我肯定訓練的介入措施,測量工具主要有:自我肯定量表、社會互動焦慮量表和人際溝通滿意度量表。施測次數共三次,分別式前測、後測及團體結束3個月後的追蹤測量,所收集資料以廣義估計方程模式進行分析。 結果:經過自我肯定訓練團體的介入後,實驗組的自我肯定、社會互動焦慮和人際溝通滿意度在後測與追蹤測量時皆有顯著改善效果;對照組則無顯著改善效果。 結論:自我肯定訓練團體對改善慢性精神分裂症病人的自我肯定、社會互動焦慮及人際溝通滿意度上仍有一定成效。 臨床意義:自我肯定訓練團體可提供慢性精神分裂症病人藥物所不能達到的負性症狀治療效果,使病人能較適應社區人群互動生活。
Objectives: To investigate effectiveness of the assertive training group on chronic schizophrenic patients’ assertiveness, social anxiety, and interpersonal communication. Background: Helpful for chronic schizophrenic mental rehabilitation, and training in patient entering social ability of life. Design: Experimental. Method: A total of 76 enrolled schizophrenic patients were randomly allocated to the experimental or the control group, each of which consistedof 38 patients. Subjects in experimental group participated in experimenter-designed assertiveness training three times a week (80 minute each) for four weeks. The comparison groups participate the usual activites. Data were collected in the two groups at the same: before, after and three month after training programme. Efficacy was measured by assertiveness, social anxiety and interpersonal communication inventories. Ageneralised estimating equation was used for analysis. Results: After training, subjects had a significant increase in assertiveness and interpersonal communication immedicatedly after the assertiveness training programme and three-month follow-up. There was a significant decrease in social anxiety after training and three-month follow-up. Conclusion: Chronic schizophrenic patients’ assertiveness, social anxiety, and interpersonal communication seemed to be improved after assertive training. Relevance to clinical practice: Assertive training group can provide effect of chronic schizophrenic patients’therapy, but medication can’t obtain the effectiveness. The effect can let patient easier adapt to life of interpersonal communication of a community.
