即時群播遠距教學之教學發展研究

摘要


隨著遠距教學在國內日益盛行,很多學者開始研究此一議題。然而,大多 數探討的方向都偏重於系統和硬體技術問題,對於遠距教學的教學發展如 :課程內容安排、學生需求分析、教學活動設計、教材媒體運用等軟體方 面的規劃,沒有太多的探究。如此,不但無法利用先進的科技來吸引學生 們的學習興趣,反倒造成目前遠距教學的教學品質以及學習效果無法有效 提昇。 本論文藉由個人訪談以及問卷調查的方式,從教學者、學習者及參與 者不同的角度去進行教學發展的整合性初探,針對目前即時群播遠距教學 的現況與問題,提出一套適用於此一環境下的教學發展模式以及相關指導 原則。對即將參與即時群播的老師與工作人員來說,將有助於其對教學環 境、教學模式的了解,也能夠協助未來從事相關教學發展的人員理解教學 要素的概念,進而提昇整體即時群播遠距教學的品質。 從研究結果發現,即時群播教學發展確實相當廣泛複雜,特別是在「 教務行政與遠距教學政策」這一環節,更是以往傳統教學發展中所忽略的 重要因素。也由於即時群播特殊的教學設備環境與系統運作模式,使得在 教學的發展與規劃,都和過去有所不同。因此,針對即時群播進行教學發 展研究確實有其必要,作者希望能夠藉由本論文之初探性研究,提供後續 進行相關課題研究一個開端與方向。

Distance education spreads widely in taiwan day by day, many research start to discover this topic. However, most of them lay particular stress on the probe of systems and hardware technical problem. As to the instructional development under the distance education environment, such as the plans for the software concerning the arrangement of course contents, the analysis of students'' demand, the design of teaching activities, the usage for teaching material medium, not much investigation is done. That''s why we can not make use of advanced technology to attract the students'' learning interests. Meanwhile, it is fail to improve the distance education quality and learning result effectively. By the way of personal interview and survey, this thesis makes a research through every possible points of view from the teachers, students, and participators for instructional development. In the light of current status and problems regarding telecommunication distance education, it brings up a model of instructional development and related guide principle which suit this circumstances. To those teachers and staffs who are going to participate in telecommunication distance education, it will not only help them to comprehend the teaching environments, teaching method but also help those who will be engaged in understanding the general idea of instructional development essentials. And improve the quality of whole telecommunication distance education. From the result of this research, it is found that instructional development under the telecommunication distance education environment is indeed very extensive and complicated. Especially in"educational administration and distance education policy", it was an important factor but been neglected in the past traditional instructional development . Due to the special teaching facilities and systems working mold of telecommunication distance education, the development of teaching and plans are different from the past. So it is truly necessary to proceed instructional development in accordance with telecommunication distance education. I expect that I can make a beginning and direction on the relative subject and field study in future via the initial study of this article.
