本研究旨在探討有K12網路教學平台使用經驗之教師對K12網路教學平台之接受度的影響因素,期望藉由實際參與K12網路教學平台進修的教師,以科技接受模式(TAM)及主觀規範(SN),分析影響中小學教師使用網路教學平台的因素。 本研究採用文獻分析及問卷調查法,研究工具為「中小學教師使用K12網路教學平台意願調查問卷」,研究對象為119位參與K12網路教學平台教師進修課程之正式生。本研究在問卷資料回收後,以SPSS for Windows 10.0 來進行資料的處理與分析工作,所採用之統計方法包括描述性統計、相關、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等。本研究之主要研究發現如下: 一、參與K12網路教學平台課程的教師,以國小以下導師、教師年資5年以內、年齡26至35歲的教師人數佔最多數。 二、參與K12網路教學平台課程的教師在不同性別、身份、任教職務的研究變項上有顯著差異。 三、教師使用K12教學平台的行為意願,會因為主觀規範、認知易用性及認知有用性的不同而有顯著差異。 四、教師使用K12教學平台的行為意願,會受到認知易用性、認知有用性的影響。 五、認知易用性、認知有用性對教師使用K12網路教學平台的行為意願有顯著的預測力。 最後本研究根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,提供推行網路教學的相關單位、人員及後續研究者參考與應用。
The purpose of this study is to investigate reasons why teachers with experiences of using Web-based Learning Management System adopt and their acceptance of K12 Web-Based Learning Management System. It is hoped that the related factors affecting the usage of K12 web-based Learning Management System would be investigated, by means of Technology Acceptance Mode(TAM) and Subjective Norm(SN). The data collection depends on the review of the literature and the survey from the questionnaire. The instrument the questionnaire, Questionnaire of Research on Elementary and High School Teachers’ Acceptance of K12 Web-Based Learning Management System. Totally, 119 participants are enrolled in the present study. They were subjects attending teachers’ training courses through K12 Web-Based Learning Management System. The collected data in the study is processed by SPSS for Windows 10.0 and analyzed by statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, correlation, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis, and so on. The main findings would be shown as the following: 1.The majority of the teachers who attend teachers’ training courses of K12 Web-Based Learning Management System are the homeroom teachers in elementary school whose teaching experience is less than 5 years and at the age from 26 to 35. 2.There are significant differences among the subjects who attend teachers’ training courses of K12 Web-Based Learning Management System, in terms of different sex, status, and their positions or administrative roles in teaching. 3.The teachers’ behavior intention of using K12 Web-Based Learning Management System has significant differences among subject, in terms of different Subjective Norm, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceive Usefulness. 4.Perceived Ease of Use and Perceive Usefulness significantly affect the teachers’ usage of K12 Web-Based Learning Management System of Behavior Intension. 5.Perceived Ease of Use and Perceive Usefulness have the significant predicted capability of the usage K12 Web-Based Learning Management System of Behavior Intension. At the end, based on the research findings, this study proposes conclusions and suggestions for the related organizations, personnel and the follow-up research.
