養生文化村之創新服務及擴散研究

摘要


隨著大環境的快速變遷及醫療科技之發達,高齡化、少子化之人口結構改變及嚴重之趨勢值得社會大眾正視及重視。以照護行動無法自理的長輩之安養護機構在國內已有相當的普及程度,而以健康老人養生安排的養生文化村則尚在起步階段,在未來人口老化的社會中養生文化村將是老人服務的重要產業。然而國人受到養兒防老以及傳統文化的影響,致使國內養生文化村之普及率不高,推廣速度緩慢且接受率低。針對相關現象與問題,本研究引用羅吉斯的創新擴散理論為方法基礎,分析驗證養生文化村被社會大眾所接受的影響屬性因素。 本研究透過問卷調查法,採便利抽樣方式進行抽樣與資料調查統計分析,並運用T檢定、ANOVA以及迴歸分析為主要測量及分析的方法,檢定創新擴散理論的九項屬性構面對創新接受率以及人口統計變數與各屬性構面的影響有其顯著關係。並以其結果,對於養生文化村及政府單位的推廣及落實關懷高齡者之需求提出建議,以提供爾後研究生可參考研究之方向。

With the rapid changing in the big environment and the progress in the medical technology, there is a tendency for the population to age along with the decrease in birth rate. There are many nursing-care institutions for elderly people who cannot take care of themselves in Taiwan. Yet, the implementation of health and culture villages for healthy elderly is still in the initial stage. In the future, health and culture village would be the priority in the elderly service industry. However, as people in Taiwan are influenced by the concept of “bringing up children for the purpose of being looked after in old age” and the traditional culture, the prevalence rate for health and culture village is low and the promotion rate for such idea is even lower. In terms of relative phenomena and issues, Rogers Diffusion of Innovations Theory was used as the foundation in the research to analyze and test the factors that influence whether or not the health and culture village is accepted. Through questionnaire investigation, convenience sampling was used to carry out sampling and information investigation. T-test, ANOVA and regression analysis were used as the main measurement and analysis methods to test the relationship between the 9 attributes of the Diffusion of Innovations Theory and the acceptance rate and demographic variables. Suggestions regarding the promotion of health and culture village were then proposed based on the research results.
