航空產業在雲端行動運算之經營策略研究─以C航空為例

摘要

當各政府機關首長不斷為雲端運算背書的同時，如何應用雲端運算在自家產業己是各大產、官、學界最主要之課題，有鑑於此，本研究希以實務兼具討論的方式來論述雲端運算如何與航空產業之相互搭配結合。C航空在資訊系統的優勢方面具有大約二百餘人之資訊處，因此不論在專案開發，系統維護，皆有一定品質的保證,而C航空位居台灣航空業龍頭的腳色，更要在資訊系統上領先其他同業競爭者。由於C航空為台灣首屈一指的服務業者，故在資訊系統上要更加兢兢業業，不得馬虎，以現今最火熱的雲端運算(Saas)為主，探討影響航空產業之雲端行動運算接受度之前因，為C航空現今重要的課題，並探討現今C航空與雲端運算是可否可搭配以提供客戶最佳的服務。

Thanks to the promotion from the government, applying cloud computing has become the hottest issue almost in every eld recently. With this in mind, this study discusses how cloud computing helps airliners thrive in business. Take C Airliner as an example, we understand there are 200 Professionals in its information division which makes it a leader in business development as well as system maintenance. By using Saas" as its cutting-edge weapon, C Airliner outperforms other com-petitors. This paper aims to discuss C Airliner in-depth to see if cloud computing accommodate the needs of customers and provide optimal services.
