以資料包絡法於品質良率之探討

A Discussion on Quality Yield Rate Based on DEA

摘要


品質良率的概念,近幾年來頗受科技業及生產業等相關產業之重視,因為這些年來的各種生產相關之原物料的單位售價不斷的向上攀漲,所以針對每一個公司所採購的生產原物料能轉變為多少的公司產品,進而替公司增加營收的利潤也是不容忽視的一個成本概念。原來屬於不良之物料比例若降低,相反來說,就是屬於可用之物料比例得到了提升,間接的提升的公司的利潤。也就是說,公司若要賺錢,不一定只能在採購的部分做文章,品質也是決定原物料單價的重要關鍵之一。 本研究利用資料包絡分析法,針對供應商進料品質所呈現出來進貨品質查驗的良率於後續生產出來的產品進行出貨品質查驗之良率做探討。以公司目前生產之機種,有供應材料之供應商進行相關之研究。

The concept of “Quality Yield” has been a key factor in science and technology industries as well as manufacturing industries recently. With the rising prices of raw materials, each company pays much attention to what raw materials can turn into and how many benefits they can bring as one of their cut-expenses ideas. If the rate of bad qualities in raw materials decreases, we increase the chances of usable raw materials. In other words, profits of one company can be boosted if we can assure quality control. This study uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to discuss quality yield rates for the quality inspection of purchased materials rendered from suppliers (Income Quality Check, IQC) , and products produced from the company as a follow-up inspection (Outcome Quality Check, OQC). The research is based on the company’s current products and the given suppliers’ materials.
