青少年社會支持的獲得在其身心發展過程中扮演重要的角色。許多有關媒介對社會支持之相關研究指出,善用媒介及其特性將會對社會支持的獲取有正面的促進效果,過去研究多探討媒介選擇與社會支持的相關,然而濡染效應則認為網絡中彼此互動關係會影響人們選擇與他人聯繫的可能性,進而影響社會支持獲得的差異。在此資訊科技社會能供性提出雙向的互動概念,認為當雙方對媒介能供性的認知不同時,可能導致在能獲得的資源及機會將有所別,因此本研究嘗試以社會能供性的角度出發,探討媒介對青少年社會支持的影響。 本研究以高中生為樣本,採用個人中心網絡提名的網絡分析法,探討關係雙方對媒介能供性的認知對三種社會支持的影響,共計36份有效問卷進行分析。研究結果發現,雙方關係具有一致性認知時,會選擇相同的媒介去尋求社會支持,而不同的社會支持會有其搭配的媒介、且具有不同的能供性共同認知。青少年會考量媒介的能供性來選擇媒介尋求社會支持,因此媒介的社會能供性是未來在討論科技對青少年人際關係及社會資源交換的影響時,必須要被考量在內的重要因素。
Social support plays an important role in the adolescents’ development processes. In the past, the theories of CMC adoption focused on how the CMC affected the social support by the rational action. The technology of social affordance emphasized that the relation between the medias characteristics and relationships. However different kinds of media could be used to deal with the same purpose. Thus the social contagion theory pointed that the media choice behavior will be influenced by the cognition of relationship. When the network members have different cognitions to each other relationship, the resource and chance that exist in the interaction will be different. In addition to know the influences of CMC’s affordance cognition to adolescent’s social supports gathering, we use the ego-centric name generator network analysis to be examined 36 questionnaires. This study found the differences of CMC’s social affordance cognitions are proved. The adolescents have different CMC’s affordance cognition when they try to get the different types of social supports. It means that as the adolescents have different CMC affordance cognition to their social exchange will become an important factor in the further researches.
